Humanism, atheism, organised religion and grilled tomatoes
A couple of the usual suspects were unable to make the January meet up over brunch at the Savoy but we welcomed a new person.
As ever there was a good discussion over breakfast about what humanists believe, the challenges of organised religion and evidence based policy making or the lack of it in our current politics.
We certainly got value for money for our free refills of tea and coffee and spent a bit of time wondering whether it was acceptable to just order £5 worth of grilled tomatoes (you would get 40).
Our next brunch meet up is at 10.00 at The Savoy on Sunday 23 February.
